🥒🍳 Pickle Eggs Benedict

A bold, briny twist on a brunch favorite

Eggs Benedict is already a classic… but when you add Mr. Crisp pickles, it becomes something unforgettable.

The richness of the egg and hollandaise meets that crisp, tangy bite — and suddenly brunch hits different. 💚

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins, split
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon (or ham)
  • ½ cup sliced Mr. Crisp Garlic Dill Pickles
  • Fresh dill (optional, for garnish)

🧈 Hollandaise Sauce:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp pickle brine (for a tangy kick 👀)

👩🍳 How to Make It

1. Toast the Base

Lightly toast your English muffins until golden and crisp.

2. Cook the Meat

In a skillet, cook the Canadian bacon until warmed through and slightly browned. Set aside.

3. Poach the Eggs

  • Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer
  • Add a splash of vinegar
  • Crack each egg into the water and cook for 3–4 minutes
  • Remove carefully and set aside

4. Make the Hollandaise

  • Whisk egg yolks + lemon juice in a bowl over low heat
  • Slowly drizzle in melted butter while whisking continuously
  • Add salt
  • Stir in a splash of pickle brine for that signature Mr. Crisp tang 🥒

5. Build Your Benedict

Layer it up:

  1. English muffin
  2. Canadian bacon
  3. Sliced Mr. Crisp pickles
  4. Poached egg
  5. Hollandaise sauce

🥒 Pro Tip

Add extra pickle slices right on top or on the side for that perfect crunch in every bite.
